1. Image Usage and Permissions:

The photographer will seek the client’s permission before using any images for social media or promotional purposes.


2. Delivery of Edited Images:

Edited images will be delivered to the client within 20 days of the session.


3. Client Responsibilities:

The client must ensure the following are completed at least 24 hours before the session:

Complete a provided questionnaire.

Process payment successfully.

Install required app(s).

Submit a video of the location.

Provide Shutter app ID identification.

Ensure the phone is fully charged and ready according to a checklist.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in session cancellation without a refund.


4. Subscription Policy:

Subscriptions are non-cancelable unless exceptional cases are agreed upon by the photographer.


5. Session Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Sessions must be canceled 48 hours before the scheduled time to avoid charges.

Same-day cancellations may incur charges for the full session amount due to the reserved time.


6. Late Cancellation:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in the client being charged the full session amount, as the time is exclusively reserved for the client.


7. Agreement Acknowledgment:

By signing the agreement, the client acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined above.
